Zicht op Zeeland: Group Exhibition at the Engelse Kerk, Middelburg

I am excited to announce that three of my collage artworks will be featured in the group exhibition “Zicht op Zeeland,” taking place at the historic Engelse Kerk in Middelburg, Zeeland. The exhibition runs from August 3rd to August 31st and brings together artists inspired by the sea and the unique landscape of Zeeland, the southern province of the Netherlands.

The theme, “Zicht op Zeeland” (View of Zeeland), invites visitors to experience the region’s beauty, culture, and ever-changing relationship with the sea through contemporary art. My three pieces reflect my fascination with the patterns, textures, and moods of the coastal environment—each collage is a meditation on the interplay between land and water, and the stories that emerge from this dynamic landscape.

Middelburg, with its rich maritime history and vibrant art scene, is the perfect setting for this exhibition. The Engelse Kerk, a beautiful and atmospheric venue, will host works from a diverse group of artists, each offering their own perspective on Zeeland’s seascapes and heritage.
